It's Time to Maximize Your Potential!
✨How embracing mental toughness will help you achieve your dream✨
THANK YOU for taking the time to read my emails. Twice a month, I spend the better part of a day compiling what I hope is usable and relevant content.
Why? Why do I take the time to provide information and resources? Why do I try to motivate and inspire you to achieve your goals?
The answer is simple: because we are all part of one world community, and when we help each other, we are stronger together. Every person can make a positive impact – small acts of kindness and service are multiplied when we all perform them.

And that’s because each one of us is on a life journey. Whether we’re systematically pursuing steps towards a long-term goal or treading water to keep afloat in a sea of chaotic craziness, our journey is our journey, and we must continue to pursue it.
In the last two weeks, several people have told me how overwhelmed they’ve been, feeling like they’ll never achieve their dream. I myself have had a couple of those moments.
A few years back, as part of my professional training, I took a two-week course in Change Management. Two weeks spent learning how to help people and organizations manage the process of fundamental, transformative change.

Here are three lesson’s that are universally true no matter who you are or where you are in your journey:
Lesson 1: Change is hard.
Lesson 2: There is always an initial slump in productivity, output, happiness, etc.
Lesson 3: Don’t give up because the results will be worth it.
So, if you’re feeling overwhelmed or concerned that you’re not making the progress you think you should be making, know that this is natural and we all experience it. You are not alone! But, you’ve gotta keep going.
As Curtis Mayfield said, we gotta just Keep on Keeping On.
You can be what you wanna be, but let negativity run you, it’ll ruin your destiny.
— Curtis Mayfield
Today’s Tip: PERSEVERE! 💯
Don’t give in. Don’t give up. Push through. Dig deep. Whatever words work best for you, embrace them. Grant yourself permission to change and commit to your purpose, and you WILL move forward towards maximizing your potential.
I can’t stress it enough: hang in there and keep on keeping on!
Just keep swimming, just keep swimming

Action Corner💥
Lean into self-love and self-learning. Believe in yourself. Avoid the nay-sayers and bringer-downers. Whatever it takes for you to persist in the pursuit, do that!
Whenever you find yourself struggling, stumbling, or halting, take a moment to remind yourself that you can and, if you truly want, will succeed:
Don’t let fear derail you: of course you don’t know what to expect, that’s okay.
Don’t let self-doubt derail you: everyone experiences doubts, push them aside.
Don’t let the excuses derail you: there will never be a right or a less busy time, stay focused.
Don’t let laziness derail you: change takes work and it won’t get easier with time, do it now.
Fear, doubts, and excuses will all dissipate when you internalize your vision, commit to achieving your goals, and embrace that you are worthy of the effort. You already have all you need to succeed within you. Now is the time to take the first step and the next and the one after that.
It will be worth it because you are worth it! You CAN do this!
